Pranata: Journal of Religious Policy Studies and Development Planning is an interdisciplinary academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarly research on public policy, development planning, governance, and religious affairs. The journal provides a platform for researchers, policymakers, academics, practitioners, and development professionals to examine contemporary policy challenges through theoretically grounded, empirically informed, and evidence-based approaches. Its scope encompasses religious policy and development planning; social development and welfare; national and regional development planning; governance and bureaucratic reform; monitoring, evaluation, and development performance measurement; and public policy analysis. Pranata particularly welcomes studies addressing the intersection between religion, public institutions, social transformation, and sustainable development. The journal encourages comparative, multidisciplinary, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research that contributes to both academic debates and practical policymaking. By connecting rigorous scholarship with policy relevance, Pranata seeks to become a credible international forum for innovative research, critical analysis, and knowledge exchange on religion, governance, and development.
