    Journal of Indonesian Philanthropy and Development Studies (JIPDeS) is a scientific journal published regularly by Branda Media Nusantara collaborate KH. Ahmad Muzakki Syah Islamic University, Jember – East Java, Indonesia, focusing on: Economics, Civil Society, Cultural, Anthropology, Religious and Islamic Studies, Philanthropy or Humanitarian Issues, Sustainable Development Policy.

    JIPDeS serves as an academic platform that examines the dynamics of "social generosity and humanitarian issues", between grassroots philanthropy practices and scientific discourse within the framework of sustainable development policy. It publishes twice a year: in June and December.

    JIPDeS's vision and mission is to become a world-class reference center for philanthropy studies in the Southeast Asian region. This provides a platform for academics, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to publish innovative research or findings that combine sociological, cultural, religious, and economic aspects within the civil society sector as a driving force for change.

    Journal of Law and Islamic Jurisprudence Development (JOLID) is an open-access scientific journal that aims to be the main platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to disseminate research results, studies, and literature reviews on the development of law and Islamic jurisprudence in facing ever-changing global challenges., with a publication frequency of twice in a year, namely: June and December.

    JOLID aims to serve as an intellectual platform for exploring the dynamics of Islamic law and jurisprudence development, adapting to global social, economic, and technological changes. The journal focuses on publishing original research that integrates classical and modern legal theories and sharia principles to formulate solutions to various contemporary legal challenges, including strengthening public policy and transforming inclusive Islamic economic law. Through an interdisciplinary approach, JOLID is committed to bridging the gap between classical legal texts and positive legal practice to achieve substantial legal justice.
    JOLID's vision is to become an internationally reputable journal in the renewal of Islamic legal thought and jurisprudence for the benefit of all. To realize this vision, its missions include: establishing professional and accountable scientific journal governance in accordance with global indexing standards, encouraging cross-border research collaboration focused on legal innovation, and disseminating critical ideas on the development of progressive Islamic law and jurisprudence oriented towards sustainable development. Thus, JOLID plays an active role as a catalyst in the development of a legal framework that is relevant to the needs of modern society without abandoning the roots of spiritual values.

    Focus of JOLID studies is on: Law, Society, and Development; Development of Islamic Economic Law; Transformation of Constitutional Law and Governance; and Contemporary Jurisprudence Reform, with the following SCOPE:

    1. Law, Society, and Development: Dynamics and harmonization of legal studies: common law, civil law, Islamic law; The role of law in sustainable development and strengthening public legal literacy; Socio-legal studies on the application of law in modern society.
    2. Development of Islamic Economic Law: Legal innovation in Islamic banking and finance; Transformation of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) regulations for the welfare of the community; Legal aspects of Islamic financial technology (Fintech) and the digital economy.
    3. Transformation of Constitutional Law and Governance: Development of legal politics; Integration of Islamic jurisprudential values ​​into the national legal system and public policy; Development of constitutional law from a historical and contemporary perspective; Strategic policy studies in realizing good governance.
    4. Contemporary Jurisprudence Reform: New ijtihad methodologies in addressing medical, technological, and bioethical issues. Implementation of Maqasid al-Shari'ah in the protection of human rights and social justice; Islamic law and environmental issues (Ecotheology and Eco-law).
