This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

This journal is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

Budapest Open Access Initiative

An old tradition and a new technology have converged to make possible an unprecedented public good. The old tradition is the willingness of scientists and scholars to publish the fruits of their research in scholarly journals without payment, for the sake of inquiry and knowledge. The new technology is the internet. All articles published are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

  • Attribution: Users are freely allowed to read, copy, distribute, and print the work, provided that the original author and source are properly credited.

  • Adaptation: Users may adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any lawful purpose, including commercial endeavors.

  • Self-Archiving: In alignment with BOAI strategies, authors are actively encouraged to post their accepted and published manuscript versions in institutional repositories or on personal websites.

Peer Review Process

This journal is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and scientific excellence. To ensure the quality of our published literature, we employ a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process.

  • Initial Screening: All submissions are first evaluated by the Editorial Board to ensure they meet the journal's scope, formatting, and basic academic standards.

  • Expert Evaluation: Eligible manuscripts are subsequently sent to at least two independent, anonymous expert reviewers in the relevant field.

  • Assessment Criteria: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field.

  • Final Decision: The ultimate decision to accept, require revisions for, or reject a manuscript rests entirely with the Editor-in-Chief, guided by the reviewers' critical feedback.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Our journal enforces strict ethical standards for all parties involved in the publishing process—authors, editors, and peer reviewers—based on the core practices outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure their submitted work is entirely original. Plagiarism in any form, data fabrication, and redundant publications are strictly prohibited.

  • Confidentiality: Editors and peer reviewers must treat all submitted manuscripts as highly confidential documents prior to publication.

  • Conflicts of Interest: All authors, reviewers, and editorial staff must transparently disclose any potential financial, personal, or professional conflicts of interest that could influence the research or review process.

Digital Archiving and Preservation

To ensure permanent open access and the long-term survival of scholarly research, this journal utilizes standardized digital preservation networks. We actively participate in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS initiatives, which create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This guarantees that the journal's content remains freely available to the global community, even in the event of unforeseen technological or institutional disruptions.
